Decoration Inspiration: ruffle streamers

Paper streamers are an inexpensive way to decorate for just about any party.  You can of course use crepe streamers straight out of the pack, but if you sew a few of them together to create a ruffle effect, they will come out not only looking fabulous but also sturdier and thus reusable.
